[4K DRIVE] Orlando Downtown Pt 1 | Natural Sounds, Tall Buildings, City Streets, Historic Homes

Join us for Part 1 of our downtown Orlando drive — filmed in beautiful 4K with natural sounds and fast-moving clouds overhead. We begin next to St. James Cathedral on North Orange Avenue and head south through the heart of the city, then loop back up through historic Magnolia Avenue and the charming Park Lake neighborhood. The journey ends at the corner of Park Lake Circle & E Colonial Drive — stay tuned for Part 2 that picks up right there.

00:21 – On Orange Ave, crossing Jefferson St.
00:37 – On Orange Ave, crossing Washington St.
02:59 – On Orange Ave, passing South St. and the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts (opened Nov 6 2014)
03:52 – Turning left onto W Lucerne Cir (U-turn moment!)
04:42 – Now northbound on Orange Ave, splitting off onto Rosalind Ave
05:43 – On Rosalind Ave, crossing Anderson St.
06:14 – Crossing South St. on Rosalind Ave.
06:55 – Crossing Central Blvd at Rosalind Ave; library on one corner & large mural on the other.
07:40 – Stopped at Robinson St: street name changes here from Rosalind Ave to Magnolia Ave.
10:00 – On Magnolia Ave, stopped at E Colonial Dr.
12:51 – On Magnolia Ave, turning right onto Marks St (entering historic single-family neighborhood).
13:24 – On Marks St, stop at Highland Ave by the campus of Lake Highland Preparatory School; brick street begins.
13:58 – Turning onto Broadway Ave.
14:19 – On Broadway Ave turning onto Park Lake Cir; see tree-lined historic homes & landscaping.
15:00 – Pink Spanish-style home with a huge purple octopus mural/tentacles; moss-hair trees line the street.
15:30 – On Park Lake Cir, stopping at Colonial Dr. — this marks the end of Part 1 of the drive.
