a5100 + 35mm Street Photography POV | Are POVs Ruining Street Photography?

So the other day I had the urge to go out, as it had been a stressful week at work. I thought I’d bring a camera along and make some images as why not, you know?

I also wanted to keep this one straight-up raw, with no cuts, so you could see what this walk was like just shooting in dull areas. not the heavy pretty side on London.

Anyway, I came across a video from Word on the Street Photo (1st time I had seen his channel) where he was talking about POV photography taking the mystery out of photography and possibly ruining the genre as a whole. Since that was fresh on my mind, I thought I’d just talk it out loud.

By no means is this a clap back or anything anything like that as everyone has their own views on things, and his video makes some very good points. a lot that I do agree with but with some ummm..... towards them lol. chances are this video in it self sort of makes the point lol.

Anyway definitely say go check it out and show some love to a fellow photography doing their thing. The link to his channel and video is in the description.
