A terrifying moment in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood was caught on surveillance video. A jogger was out for a leisurely run when a nearby pit bull broke free from its muzzle and came chasing after him. The jogger struggled to fend off the dog, even climbing a fence to escape it. The jogger suffered several bites but did not press charges. We spoke with Matt Mikka, who captured the frightening attack on his home surveillance cameras. #InsideEdition
