In this video, I cover the latest and upcoming CS2 update - Devs have added the weekly missions, which boost XP and speed up drop progression. Valve has also prepared a major map rotation, including new locations like Grail, Jura, Dogtown, a reworked Brewery, and the return of the classic Agency. There’s also a hint at Cache, and while it hasn’t been added yet, discussions about its potential return are ongoing. Game files now reference a new system for custom game modes and CS2 addons, which could become CS2’s version of the Dota 2 Arcade. Valve has activated new VAC Live anti-cheat modules that are now canceling matches more frequently - part of the VACnet system. Additionally, development of Classic Offensive was halted due to the expiration of the CS:GO license.
