La pyrogazéification en autoconsommation permet, en complément de l’usage du biométhane injecté, la décarbonation de certains procédés industriels qui nécessite une chaleur haute température quand l’électrification n’est pas compatible. Les projets de pyrogazéification en autoconsommation reposent sur des gisements d’intrants biomasse ou déchets non biogéniques locaux et proches des sites industriels contribuant ainsi à la mise en place de circuits d’économie circulaire.

Self-consumption pyrogasification of syngas for high-temperature industrial applications
In addition to the use of injected biomethane, self-consumption pyrogasification enables the decarbonization of certain industrial processes that require high-temperature heat when electrification is not compatible. Self-consumption pyrogasification projects are based on local biomass or non-biogenic waste input sources close to industrial sites, thus helping to set up circular economy circuits.
