In this episode, we paddle 9.5 miles from the headwaters of Rock Springs all the way to Wekiwa Springs, travelling through one of Florida's most beautiful and underrated spring runs. Starting with a swim at Rock Springs, I then follow the wildlife-rich waters on my paddleboard for 6 hours until finally reaching the iconic Wekiwa Springs.
This is one of the wildest and most scenic spring-to-spring journeys in Florida, and I captured every moment of it.
