Finally I’ve been able to make this video, one I never thought I would as Ive long since trained and flown a gos so good the thought of training another seemed pointless . However after watching two other YouTuber’s videos about their albidus goshawks my interest was rekindled and a year ago I placed an order for a female parent reared bird form Richie Latham .
Here’s her story from egg to entering .
This is how I’ve come to get rocksteady and mega hunting goshawks ; it’s my way not the way … it’s one way and I hope it helps some to understand how these birds tick as parent reared animals
As a side note I’ve commented that the feet on albidus are smaller than a Finnish goshawk , I’ve been told this by falconers flying them and observed it here . However some breeders have since said they disagree …
