英國移民局在2023年十月，正式推出香港退伍軍人永居計劃，如果你曾在香港英國皇家陸軍(Hong Kong Military Service Corps of the British Army)或海軍(Hong Kong Squadron of the Royal Navy)服役為期至少四年，並於1997年7月1日之前退伍，才有申請資格。

In October 2023, the UK's immigration service officially launched the Hong Kong Military Veterans Settlement Scheme. If you served in the Hong Kong Military Service Corps of the British Army or the Hong Kong Squadron of the Royal Navy for at least 4 years and were discharged before July 1, 1997, you are eligible to apply.
