Why my tiny Dental Practice JUST MAKES SENSE 🦷

I know that a tiny 2 chair micropractice is not for everyone but it works perfectly for me. This boutique style allows me to work compact hours so that I can do all of my mom duties and provides a space for me to do great work and be compensated appropriately for it.

I know many dental practices that have 4+ chairs that cannot crack 500k of production. Building it big doesn't mean the patients will necessarily come, and in southern California the rents are INSANE!!

I'm not saying smaller is better than bigger, NOpe, I don't believe that either.

What I want to encourage is maximizing the space that you do have by understanding who you are, how you want to practice, and making financial decisions that bring you net positive in the end. Invest in your skills, hack your marketing, these things all matter.

I'm in my 10th year of practice ownership this year, my business loan will be all paid off, and we are rolling.
