This video shows how I solved the issue of getting my 2016 Ford F150 panoramic sunroof to open. The sunroof would not open. After some trial-and-error, I learned how to fix the sunroof and get the sunroof to open without having to pay a mechanic to do it. By having someone press the button while you reach out and apply light pressure to the track, it pops on open. Silicone can help keep the track from getting stuck but it doesn't seem to last long.
