This FAST delicious, low-carb dinner uses just 5 easy ingredients! Spaghetti Squash is so simple to prepare and a great vegetable to always keep on hand. They last for weeks at room temperature & with my EASY prep tips you can make an amazing, healthy, WW Low SP meal in 10 minutes - no special veggie noodle gear needed!
My fast one-pan Brown Butter Sage Sauce is decadent tasting and SO EASY! It's delicious over Spaghetti Squash as I do here, Cauliflower Gnocchi, Roasted Veggies, Chicken, Fish, or any Pasta you like!
All you need to try this 10-minute recipe is 5 ingredients:
Whole Spaghetti Squash
Butter
Fresh Sage
Lemon
Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese
For my WW Friends - use 4 tsp butter and 2 tsp parmesan to make two servings at 3 SP per serving on all 3 myWW plans!
