Soders is a former ICA operative who betrayed the agency and is now undergoing life-saving surgery at the hospital. He requires a heart transplant, and Agent 47 must ensure that he doesn’t leave the facility alive.
He is confined to an advanced operating theater, where a robotic surgical system is performing his procedure.

Yamazaki is a ruthless former Yakuza lawyer working with Providence, the powerful shadow organization pulling the strings behind the world's elite.
She is at the hospital as a guest, enjoying the spa, sushi bar, and other luxuries while conducting secret business meetings.

The GAMA facility is an exclusive, high-tech hospital catering to ultra-rich clients. The building is perched on a snowy mountain, blending traditional Japanese architecture with futuristic technology.
