I was OBGYN dr for 5 years in China before I came to Canada and took nursing then had worked in different settings locally in Windsor Ontario Canada eg ICU, nursing home, college and organ/ tissue donation coordination and home care. Since I have been working on getting my residency in psychiatry, I started to work in the community helping complex mental health patients. I had the opportunity to learn about team since 2016 and currently is working on getting my team level 3 credential.
I also did trauma therapy since 2016 and is currently in a fellowship of functional psychiatry. I love team therapy because it is such an effective treatment system and it is amazing to see pts got healed so quickly even from a session from depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. I would like more health care professionals and pts can benefit from team.
