Opposition View: Eintracht Frankfurt 🇩🇪 - Basti Red, Eintracht Podcast | We Are West Ham Podcast

Ahead of Thursday night's historic Europa League semi-final 1st-leg clash against Eintracht Frankfurt at London Stadium, we were delighted to be joined by Basti Red from the Eintracht Podcast.

Forty-six years after these two sides last met in the Cup Winners' Cup semi-final, the Hammers and Frankfurt go head-to-head once again for a place in a European final. This is the first time since then that West Ham have come this far in Europe, while Frankfurt fans have to go all the way back to 1981 for when they last made a European final, when they won the UEFA Cup.

This promises to be a HUGE occasion in the club's history and will hopefully spark a historic moment in east London as we finally get to experience the very thing we were promised when moving to London Stadium in 2016.

Basti Red gives us his view on his side's run to the semi-final, their historic victory over giants Barcelona in the previous round, what he thinks of West Ham, which players we should be particularly worried about and, of course, how he thinks the tie will play out.

This edition of the Opposition View really isn't to be missed. Settle down, crack a beer open (or stick the kettle on) and get to know our Europa League semi-final opponents a little better.
