We discuss Emperor Penguins, where fathers incubate an egg by holding it on their feet, then raise the chick until the female comes back from her feeding expedition.

Bald Eagle fathers share nest-building and foraging duties with their partner.

Phalarope dads are left alone to incubate the eggs and raise the chicks on their own.

And Sandhill Crane dads are equal partners that share every aspect of chick rearing, from nest building to incubation to teaching the chicks how to forage. They also migrate with the family, showing the next generation the best wintering grounds.

Some species give bird fatherhood a bad reputation, but these bird dads are EGG-cellent (sorry, dad joke).
