The Panther Prowl is a run that was inspired by the School Resource Officer 9 years ago. Officer Hodgers worked with local businesses and racing officials to create an event that inspires the students to get outside and exercise. Officers block off area roads within the area similar to large scale races. The children have an opportunity to run with their parents, police officers, and their teachers. The event has continued to be a hit with the support and hard work of the Sawgrass Elementary PTA!
