The topic of this seminar was Kihon happo. The most important lesson was not to get stucked in the form. Use the principles to move and survive.
Both the Bujinkan and Systema use a lot of the same principles in movement and are both focussed on survival. The differences in approach are cultural.
Systema is used by the elite teams of the spetsnaz wich can be compared with the ninja. They were ancient Japanese special forces.
Both systems also adres the mental part of training and have numerous mind and body improving excersises.
