A custom tube chassis needs a chassis jig. In this episode I build a custom chassis jig, not out of the standard steel, but out of 4590 aluminum extrusion and custom plasma cut/welded brackets. I end up with a lightweight, rolling chassis jig that can be completely disassembled when I'm done with the project, something you can't do with standard welded steel chassis jigs.
