This is the Jack of Spades Mine shaft that we did the flyover last week. Looks like it's going to be a good one for us based on our initial crush/pan results. When I mention the "gopher hole", I'm referring to the second spot we flew and hovered over at the end of the flyover video. The topo maps show two shafts, and I don't believe they connect.
While we have found sulfides on the mine dump, we didn't see any evidence of sulfides in the mine so far. We also found their well this trip so we believe the water table is about 170' below the portal of the shaft
