[Roriipupper Christmas] Nian Bean Anime Early Experimental Testing Footage - EP Alpha (March 2023)

Hey everyone, Roriipupper here!

First off, we want to apologize for the long silence. A lot has been happening behind the scenes for both Scarf and me, which has kept us from working on the main channel and creating content we feel is worthy to share with you. For that, we’re truly sorry.

That said, we’re excited to let you know that 2025 is going to be a big year for the channel! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for what we’re calling our “2025 era.” One of the many projects we’re thrilled to share is the upcoming “Nian Bean: The Animation” series. Originally envisioned as bite-sized episodes with a strong punchline, this project quickly evolved—what started as 15-second shorts grew into 1-minute episodes, then 1.5 minutes, then... you get the idea! We’ve poured so much into this series, and we can’t wait to hear what you think of Season 1. Yes, you heard that right—Season 1!

As a special treat this Christmas, we’re giving you a sneak peek. Here’s a glimpse of early footage from March 2024, back when we were experimenting with the idea of turning the Nian Beans into an animated series. This was inspired by the unexpected success of the Nian Bean MV / Misty Memory (Night Version) Unofficial Music Video, which encouraged us to explore this path of content for us. While the footage is unfinished and is just a draft, we hope it gives you a taste of what we’ve been cooking for 2025.

And it doesn’t stop there! The Nian Bean anime is just one of the many things that we have been cooking silently in the background. We’ve got even more exciting surprises lined up for next year, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
