Deedhita is one of the heartfelt devotees of the Indian Classical Dance, Bharatanatyam. She took her initial training under the guidance of Kashmira Samanta and at present she is learning under Sayani Chakraborty. She has successfully completed her Arengetram. She is a scholarship holder from Shishu Kishore Academy, Govt. Of West Bengal, Jugal Srimal Scholarship from Nehru Children's Museum and scholarship from Alka Jalan Foundation. She has performed in various platforms Nationally.

About the composition - Shivoham: Shiva is in me, I am Shiva, describing the ultimate Indian philosophy of God is in me, I am that and He am I, Aham Brahmasmi. The relationship between the Jeevatma and the Paramatma, the human being and the Supreme Truth that we are all a manifestation of that Macroscopic. "Jeevaha Shivaha Shivo Jeevaha" is the verse from "Skanda Purana" which means Shiva is in every Jeeva and Jeeva is Shiva. This philosophy also transcends to dance and Art, Because dance being the Supreme Truth and the dancer being the human being and when the dancer and the dance become one that is when the Art and the Artist become one and that is when the Jeevatma and the Paramatma become one. So, it's a meditation where we use Dance as the medium to experience Shiva, Lord Nataraja, the lord of Dance within our body, mind and soul.
