Meet Tendo and Sam as they share powerful insights into what music means to them and how it has a positive impact on their mental health.

“To even have like one hour where you don’t have to think about anything and you’re just enjoying yourself, you’re with other people, it shouldn’t be underestimated how much it can do for a young person in a bad situation.”

Sam and Tendo are two of the Young Producers who worked with us and co-created Front Line Young Minds, a podcast series looking at different aspects of music and its relationship with mental health and wellbeing, especially amongst young people.

We’re currently raising funds to directly support our community music programme and the development of projects like Front Line Young Minds.

We’ve got until midday this Tuesday to raise £6000, and the great thing about Big Give is that donations made during the campaign are matched and doubled, so they make twice the impact! £817 more in donations becomes £1634 and we hit our target!
