Physicians slam Dr. David Williams's optimistic outlook for a pandemic Christmas

Ontario Premier Doug Ford says Chief Public Health Officer Dr. David Williams is a "glass half full" kind of guy and that’s why Williams said the province could be reopened by Christmas if everyone follows the rules. But experts and those on the front lines strongly disagree with the prediction.
