How I Healed From a Narcissistic Relationship

Hey you all, welcome back. This video has been on my heart since before traveling to india from jamaica. I know how it sounds to say a narcissistic relationship healed me. But it did, well I did… in a way I never could have imagined at the time. That relationship forced me to face my shadow, dig up old wounds, and stop abandoning myself for good. I learned what love really is and remembered who I AM. What felt like pain and chaos at the time was actually revealing the deepest parts of me that felt safe in the toxicity.

In this video, I’m sharing how I used that relationship as the spark for my greatest transformation.
