If you have loved horses and think its too late to go back and learn again then take it from me its not. Yes im scared ill break if i fall off but even a car accident didnt slow me down for long. I've found my fitness levels are so much better and i just feel better. Yes the little set back has taken its toll a bit and im having to be careful what i do but i think the riding is helping me heal from that too.
This is definitely my happy place!
