Causes:
It is caused because of Vata dosha imbalance, which occurs from :
1. Suppressing natural urges
2. History of prolonged labor
3. Unhealthy diet and bad sleeping cycle
4. Sedentary lifestyle

Home Treatment:
1. Yoni Pichu: Take a cotton ball and dip it into dhanvanter oil or guduchyadi oil or panchavalkadi oil for 10 minutes. Now put this cotton ball into your vagina for 30 minutes. Then just remove the cotton ball. You can do this for 21 days and stop for 10 days then start again.
2. Lower abdomen massage: Do this on alternate days before sleep. Just do 2-3 minutes clockwise massage with castor oil and then put a hot bottle on that area.

Ayurveda medicine :
1. Take chitrakadi vati , 2 times a day 30 mins before meal.
2. Take kaishore and punarnava 2 tablets, 2 times a day. 30 minutes after your meal.
3. Take 5 ml of Varunshigru kwath and 5ml of water after breakfast and dinner.
