Now it's time to tour the completed Sunshine Tidings. It's the biggest build yet, and it's definitely the most complicated and complete in terms of settlement "independence."
Given how it's set up it has plenty of room for later expansion. The largely empty north side could easily hold a lot more housing, or even support a marketplace. They could add a whole recreation or arcade area as well if they wanted to yank more stuff out of Nuka World.
I'm currently finishing up Far Harbor (it's taking longer than I thought since there's no vertibird travel) and then I'll be back in the Commonwealth to get Graygarden done. Feels like GG's going to have a more hands-off treatment.
