I am hearing that Toilet paper is getting rare in many countries, How is it in Bulgaria?
On 13.03.2020 Bulgaria's parliament passed the COVID-19(Coronavirus) State of Emergency Measures act and on that day there were many rumors and people were hoarding in major supermarkets including this Lidl, Kaufland and etc. Most of the shelves were empty and miserable.
But as people calmed down and stopped panicking, all the stocks( well, except masks in the pharmacies) are back and there is no shortage of foods and Toilet papers.
We are not in a wartime conditions, so there is no need to buy WAY more than you need!
