Turn the temp JSON into two data frames: main property info and comps.
Save both data frames into two sheets in the same Excel file.
The data will be saved to Excel even if errors happen, as long as some data was collected.
Queries with no results will also be saved.
Added a last_scraped column (using EST).
Improved logging.
Logging now includes the total scrape time and the number of scraped queries.
Fixed an annoying browser error that showed up at the end of every run. It’s a library issue, so I just silenced it.
Test run done with 15 addresses.
Full process took 5m 53s 466ms.
Average speed: 23.6 seconds per lead.

A company email registered in PromeTracer, since I obviously don’t want everyone using my personal email to scrape.
Should we make a GUI or not?
If yes, what features do we need?
Maybe just a simple “select file + click button” interface (fastest)?
