Ingredients
Basmati rice-1 cup (I used India gate )
Garlic-2tsp
Spring onion white -2tsp
Spring onion green -1tsp
Capsicum-2tbsp
Carrot-2tbsp
Cabbage-3tbsp
pepper powder-1/4tsp
Salt-to taste
Soya sauce-1tbsp
Sugar-1/4tsp
Sesame Oil-1 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Method
Wash the rice well and soak it for 20minutes ..
Boil water and cook the rice until done ..
Drain and allow to cool .. Then keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours ..
I usually cook the rice the previous day evening and keep in the fridge ..
Finely chop all the vegetables, garlic,spring onion,…
Now heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai ,and add garlic
Saute for few seconds ,then add spring onion d capsicum ..
Saute for another few seconds ..Now add cabbage carrot and beans ..Then saute
Saute well and add soya sauce ,sugar,salt
Finally add the cooked rice ..
Mix and stir well… Cook for 5 minutes …
Taste it and add salt and soya sauce if needed..Finally sprinkle 1tsp of sesame oil and mix well..
Garnish with spring onion …
Easy and tasty restaurant style fried rice is ready in few minutes ..
Enjoy with ur favourite side dishes ..
