Snow moves in Wednesday morning, may mix with drizzle or sleet for a time in the Capital Region and Hudson and Mohawk Valley areas as we do expect downsloping to occur off the Catskills. Downsloping warms and dries the air, so in these areas totals will be minimized, but where there is upslope, the reverse happens and we do expect locally enhanced snowfall for the Southern Adirondacks, parts of the Catskills and into western New England.
