Miley Cyrus twerks us all the way to Nashville in her MTV Unplugged concert special with Madonna. What's up this is ClevverNews, get excited. Last night Miley took over MTV and took us to the country, with Madonna along for a surprise ending. If you thought it was going to be Miley and a guitar, you're wrong. There were a few antics here and there, but no doubt Miley's voice was front and center with a full band and string section backing her up. Miley started her 8 song set in a red and white checkered bodysuit, blonde wig, cowboy boots and hat. Miley bounced out on the rustic set to perform "4x4" but there was no Nelly in sight, only a two human horse, little person backup dancer and some twerking. Miley twerked on her fake horse, just to start the night off right and set the tone. After the track Miley warned us, "I'm having so much fun... a lot could happen tonight so I hope you're ready for that!" She followed that with her "Bangerz" track "Do My Thang" where she a little hip hop river dancing, lots of flirting with her backup dancer, and the crotch grabs began. After that track Miley confirmed the apparent theme of the night, "I tried to bring Nashville here tonight... get you in the Country spirit. So when I say HO you say DOWN!" And we continued to get down with "#GETITRIGHT" up next, where the real party began. The crowd was on their feet, and Miley could not stop dancing with her horse, even straddling and grinding on it at one point. Yes, then she did a Conga line with the horse and exited the stage. This is one hip hop Country affair. When Miley returned in her first outfit change, a glittered denim bikini and baggy ripped jean suit we got her rap friendly "Bangerz", with sadly no Britney. She followed that with her first ballad of the night "Adore You" which she said is a special song to her because it was the first one she recorded for her album. The no frills performance was followed by the song she said was most emotional for her, "Rooting For My Baby". Followed by "Drive" where Miley perched her booty on a log and complained about how hard it was to find a log in Los Angeles. But it was this song "Drive" where her vocals really reached a high point and sounded even better than her album recording. Not surprisingly she performed "Jolene", her Godmother Dolly Parton's classic and she completely nailed the song, followed by a no frills performance of "Wrecking Ball". Finally, the epic ending to the unplugged session, Miley began singing Madonna's hit "Don't Tell Me" and POOF! Madonna in cowgirl attire appeared in the audience to join Miley on stage. They performed an impressive mash up of that song and "We Can't Stop" and we just died when Madonna started singing Miley's lyrics! The two could not stop grinding on each other, Miley slapped Madonna butt a few times and they did a little line dancing. Of course, the performance ended with both divas sticking their tongue out for the cameras.
