1 tin Sardin (425g)
1 labu Bawang Holland
6 ulas Bawang Putih
3 sudu besar Cili Kisar
2 sudu besar Sos Cili
1 keping Asam Gelugur / jus Limau Nipis
6-8 Cili Padi merah & hijau
1 biji Tomato
Sedikit air untuk kuah
Garam dan Gula secukup rasa

1 Holland Onion
6 cloves of Garlic
4 tablespoons Chili Paste
2 tablespoons Chili Sauce
1 piece Asam Gelugur / Lime juice
6-8 Red & green Bird's Eye Chilli
1 Tomato
A little water for gravy
Salt and Sugar to taste
