This 4 stations press line needs only 1 operator to produce 2 models of washing machine side panels in a cycle time of 10 seconds / 2 pieces.
To guarantee the maximum production capacity according to customer’s needs, the pick-up and placing operations through all 4 presses stations are performed by a set of 5 two-axis double trolley manipulators complete with gripper plate for double piece handling.
The line is equipped with our Advanced Process Monitoring (APM) System, managed for Line Efficiency Monitoring, enable a quick analysis of the production and OEE and energy consumption data of the equipment.
The hardware solution is embedded in the main line cabinet with a set of IPC’s meeting with the state-of-art of Cybersecurity standards and IIOT technologies, and ready for the activation of the more advanced functions of APM such as Anomaly Detection.
