How do autistic people express affection? Today let’s talk about neurodivergent love languages, our version of the five love languages. They may be different from how neurotypicals show affection, but these neurodivergent love languages are our version of showing love. These five neurodivergent love languages are our way of showing that we care, and more importantly that we feel safe and connected. I also share tips for partners on how to become a safe person so your autistic partner feels comfortable to express their emotions freely.
