I experienced African Village life in this episode of the Great North Road expedition. I arrived in Kanyawa village in the Western part of Kenya and stayed with a lovely family. They gave me a first-hand experience of African Village life and I would absolutely love to experience it again. We started the morning by going to the stores within the village to get breakfast. Just before we got to the stores, I got myself a village husband who promised to sell some acres of his land to give me a village wedding.
When we got back home, we started making chai (kenyan tea leaves with milk)
We made it the traditional village way; on the firewood. Then we started making the sweet potatoes.
My African Village life experience got even better when we went to the farm. Even though I had to leave in a rush, I still had the best experience in this kenyan village.
