The Kay Alleyne-Meloney Scholarship for studies in the Performing Arts or Cultural Entrepreneurship.
This partial scholarship is part of The Tourism Scholarship Programme. An initiative designed to strengthen Tobago’s tourism, culture, antiquities and transportation sectors. The Programme targets tertiary-level students, recent secondary school graduates, tourism and creative industry professionals, and uncertified industry workers seeking to formalise and upgrade their skills.
A key component of the Scholarship Programme is the establishment of named scholarships honouring Tobagonians whose contributions have shaped the island’s tourism, cultural and creative sectors.
