This is my take on a Go-bar clamping deck with some adjustable and solid corner posts and built-in lights.
I am also making a 40 foot radius dish with 80 grit sandpaper.
If you have acces to a CNC then you can download these STL files for free.
There are the 4 common ones. 40, 28, 20 and 15 foot.
I will suggest to use a least 22 mm mdf for the 40 foot and thicker (2 layers) for the 28, 20 and 15 foot.
