Train along to this 20 minute kickboxing workout, 2 minute rounds with 1 minute rest.
Follow the commands as quickly as you can without rushing to keep up. It's better to miss a command than to lose your technique, as you get better and as you get fitter you will be able to keep up with all the commands.
You can do this as a home workout due to the current situation! It's great for shadow boxing and for heavy bag training.
