Let me show you how to Tame the Brand New Yi Ling in ARK Survival Ascended: Aberration!
The Yi Ling is hands down one of the most annoying creatures on Aberration, but if you can tame one, it is also one of the most fun travel mounts for this map.
In this guide, I will show you how to successfully tame your very own Yi Ling so that you too can enjoy its feathery projectile powers.
If you are curious about these various different quill attacks that the Yi Ling possesses, here is a breakdown of the feather type, food to feed it and damage type for your reference:
RAZOR - Default [Damage]
POISON - Nameless Venom [Poison DoT]
VOLATILE - Gas Balls [Fire DoT]
SEDATIVE - Biotoxin [Torpor]
SLIME - Sap [Slow Effect]
And before you ask, YES, the Yi Ling is in fact breedable! And the eggs can be used to make Superior kibble too.
