Production Van Build Out EP02 - Insulating

In this video, we dive into insulating the cargo area of my production van! 🛠️ Whether you're prepping for a hot summer or a freezing Denver winter, insulation is key to keeping your van comfortable and energy-efficient. I’m using a 4mm reflective insulation roll I found on Amazon, complete with adhesive backing and a heat shield — perfect for reducing heat loss and noise.
From cleaning panels with degreaser to cutting and fitting the insulation into every corner (even the doors!), I’ll show you exactly how I tackled this phase of the build. You'll also see some common mistakes, tips for getting a perfect fit, and how I dealt with rust spots before sealing them up.
