In this video we are looking at the second of two sets called "Petersen's Custom Classic Truck Magazine." Set one features a Chevrolet El Camino and a Chevy Apache pickup. This set showcases a '32 Model A Pickup (which would actually have to be a Model B if it is a '32 as the model A was discontinued in 1931) and a 1957 Ford Ranchero.
Both of the cars are valued for their adaptability to modifications and customization. Originally known for their various automotive magazines, the Petersen Automotive Group also owns and runs the famous Petersen Automotive Museum located in Los Angeles California. Petersen and Mattel have collaborated on a number of special Hot Wheels castings of which this set is one.
Today we are looking at set 2 and in a future video we will examine set 1.
