Ingredients :
Beef -1/2 kg
Big onion-1 Chopped
Potato -2 Medium (Boiled & Mashed)
Ginger-1 Big piece
Green chili- 4 Nos
Curry Leaves -1 String
Turmeric powder- 1Tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Fennel Seeds- 1 Tsp
Pepper powder-1Tsp
Garam Masala-1/2Tsp
Water -1/4 Glass
Egg-1 Nos
Bread Crums -Some
Oil - For Frying
Method:.
Take a Blender add ginger , Green Chilli , Curry leaves & 1 tsp fennel Seeds, and make a fine paste and keep its aside
Pressure cook Beef with Salt, turmeric Powder & half of the Ginger & Green Chilli paste and add enough water.After the pressure gone crushed the Beef in a Blender and keep it aside. take a Kadai add Oil then add Onion & saute it well . After that rest of the green chilli & Ginger paste & salt sate it well.Add Turmeric powder & pepper powder & Garam Masala & mix well. Then add Beef & mashed Potatoes and mix well . After Cool down the mixture shape the Cutlet with hand or mould and dip in the beaten egg coated with bread crums. Then fried till it get Brown color in low flame. Now our Cutlet is ready to serve with tour favorite sauce
