🌑 Cancer new moon Yoga: 🌊 To FILL YOUR CUP during emotional storms ♋

Hey all, thanks so much for joining me for another yoga practice. This week we are celebrating the new moon in the sign of Cancer. Cancer, a water sign represented by the crab is a beautifully caring and loving sign, they are intuitive, creative and their emotional waters run deep. When in balance, cancer season can be a time of spending joyful time with friends and family as well as allowing creativity to flow through us. However, the strong emotional pull of cancer can lead us to feeling moody, sensitive or even just a bit confused. Todays Yoga practice is going to take all of that beauty of the cancer energy, and we are going to use it to fill our own cups, to practice self-love! For this practice you want to make your space as personal as possible, any props, bring a bolster or a couple of pillows, herbal teas or anything you think will compliment your practice to allow you to indulge in self-love

If you wanted to bring along any crystals, rose quartz, Amethyst or moonstone are perfect. You could also wear some comfortable silver jewellery. Some essential oils could be rose, lavender or peppermint.
