This video presents how to solve a two-person zero-sum game. It covers a game that has a saddle point or pure strategy (equilibrium) and a game that does not have a pure strategy (unstable game). We then present how to solve the unstable game using mixed strategies and linear programming (LP) modeling. The LP is solved via the Excel Solver.
