Meethi Makki Parantha | मेथी मक्की का पराठा
Fresh meethi (fenugreek) leaves are taken, washed thoroughly, and finely chopped. These chopped meethi leaves are then added to makki ka aata (corn flour).
Add salt and ajwain to enhance the flavor, and knead everything into a soft dough using water as needed. Take small portions of the dough, gently roll them into paranthas, and cook on a hot tawa until they are well cooked from both sides.
