The MTS OHV Wheel Fatigue Test System is used for conducting laboratory-based fatigue testing of large wheels used on agricultural, mining, forestry and construction machinery, and large commercial vehicles. It is designed to apply precise and repeatable rotating load vectors to test specimens using a 90 degree loading method until desired cycle count is reached or test limits are exceeded. The system features versatile FlexTest digital controls and MTS TestSuite software, enabling test engineers to easily define and execute custom fatigue tests and meet ISO 3894, SAE J267 and SAE J328 standardized testing requirements. Built-in alignment guides ensure easy and accurate centering and clamping of large wheels to the loading table.
