Ingredients: 材料:
1 pack of bamboo leaves 1 包棕叶
Handful of peristrophe (optional) 一些红蓝
24 salted egg yolks 24 个咸旦黃
2 lb of raw peanuts 2 磅花生
1 1/2 lb of dried shrimp 1.5 磅虾米
1 lb of Chinese sausage 1 磅腊肠

Sweet Rice : 糯米 :
10 lb of sweet rice 10 磅糯米
3 1/2 tbs of salt 3 汤匙盐

Marinated Pork Belly: 五花肉腌料:
2 lb of pork belly 2 磅五花肉
1 tbs of salt 1 汤匙盐
1 tbs cooking wine 1 汤匙料酒
