This recruitment video for North Yorkshire Police was made to raise awareness of the role of a PCSO and encourage new applicants. Filmed around the streets of York and also at the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate, it explains more about what Police Community Support Officers do and how their role differs to that of a regular officer. It also highlights the importance of their role within the communities they work in.
