This video is part three of rebuilding the front suspension on my 1969 BSA A65 Thunderbolt. The front fork assembly is from a 1966 BSA A65 Spitfire. The workshop manual I’m using covers BSA twins 650 & 500 years 1966,1967, & 1968. In this video I replace the headset bearings and check the yokes along with the new fork stanchions for fitment before assembly. Thanks for watching and have a good week.
